Malden Storm Damage

The Before Photo depicts a room of a house in Malden that the external wall leaked copious amounts of rainwater. The only option by our SERVPRO crew was to tear out the non-salvageable drywall and dry and spray an antimicrobial into the wall void. Before we can begin the reconstruction, we inspect and measure the moisture content of structural materials to ensure no future problems can arise from this damaging storm event. The After Photo shows the wood-paneled wainscotting, solid and polished wood planks, and a safe and clean environment.
